This workflow teaches real knowledge management: contributors capture reusable fixes, reviewers tighten accuracy and scope, and publishers decide what becomes internal guidance or customer-facing help content.
Staff access required
Log in with a staff account to create or review knowledge articles. Student techs can draft and submit articles for review. Tech leads and admins can publish.
Recent Articles
Contributors see their own drafts. Reviewers and admins see the broader queue so they can tighten and publish knowledge.
